Acai Breakfast Bowl with Melon

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp acai powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Granola
  • Fresh Meon
  • Coconut flakes

Method:

  1. Blend frozen bananas, coconut milk, acai and honey in a blender until consistency is thick and smooth with an ice cream texture.
  2. Top with granola, fresh cuts of melon and coconut flakes.
