Albert Heijn’s AHFrika comes to Ghana

This year the Albert Heijn Foundation reaches its tenth year. As part of the celebrations, Albert Heijn have sent four employees to Africa on an expedition called ‘AHFrika’ to discover where some of the Foundation’s fresh produce comes from and to find about the impact their projects are having on local communities.

In July the expedition came to Ghana where they visited pineapple and mango farms and some of the schools that have been supported by the Foundation.
